人行調降參考匯率 人民幣續軟

（中央社台北26日電）人民幣匯率今天接近7個月以來最低水準，因外界揣測中國人民銀行欲對抗投機炒作下，人行調降人民幣每日參考匯率。

人行將人民幣參考匯率調降0.01%至6.1192元人民幣兌1美元，為12月20日以來最低。

根據中國外匯交易中心報價，截至上海上午10時20分，人民幣兌美元貶值0.01%，報6.1270元人民幣兌1美元，稍早觸及6.1351元人民幣，為7月30日以來最低。

境內人民幣匯率每日波動幅度上限為1%。

中國國家外匯管理局在25日報告中指出，對大陸而言，雙向資本流動將成為「新規範」，且在美國抑制貨幣刺激下，匯率恐將出現更大波動。

東方匯理銀行（Credit Agricole CIB）指出，在人行抑制資本流動和準備擴大匯兌幅度、以期落實雙向風險和增加波動性下，人民幣籠罩貶值壓力。

彭博社彙整數據顯示，香港離岸市場人民幣兌美元變動不大，報6.1256元人民幣，本週以來累貶1.5%。12個月無本金交割遠期外匯下滑0.03%至6.1545元人民幣，較境內人民幣現貨匯率低0.4%。（譯者：中央社徐睿承）1030226
