公民教師獎勵學生反同志　被記申誡

去年年底台北市敦化國中公民老師鄭旭晴遭人檢舉，指控他在課堂上宣導反同志婚姻，要學生到「反多元成家」粉絲頁按讚就可蓋「榮譽卡」。敦化日前記鄭旭晴1次申誡，並要求他向「受害學生」道歉、參與性別平等議題研習、閱讀專書並交500字心得報告。敦化教務主任邱臣右說鄭旭晴接受決議，將在本學期執行完畢。

邱臣右表示，當時校方知道後已經制止鄭旭晴的行為，在開教評會、考紀會時，鄭旭晴主張他只是為了補充課程蒐集資料，但校方告訴他此舉不妥，他也能接受。邱臣右說，有些「受害學生」主張鄭旭晴要道歉，邱也已經在輔導室向他們致歉。

投訴民眾說鄭旭晴說同性戀是「錯誤的、不好的」，《蘋果》日前曾多次追問鄭是否為教徒，但他不願說明，僅不斷回答「我也有很多同性戀朋友」；《蘋果》今天未能聯繫上鄭旭晴，不知其進一步說法。（蔡永彬／台北報導）
