日本顯示器3月掛牌上市

整合了日立製作所、東芝和索尼的中小尺寸液晶面板業務，以及持股高達70%的日本産業革新機構合資的日本顯示器（Japan Display），向東京證券交易所的上市申請，有機會在本周獲批後，預計在3月中旬上市，而日本顯示器上市時的股票總市值，有機會高達7000億美元。

日本顯示器目前車載面板全球市佔率高達2成以上，但是面對台灣面板廠的加入戰局，因此日本顯示器計劃通過同時強化智慧手機和車載面板的生産和銷售來展開對抗。

目前日本顯示器準備將車載面板培育為繼智慧手機之後的另一大收益源來源。而日本顯示器也希望通過上市再多籌措約2000億日圓的資金。（吳秀樺／台北報導）
