標題[請益] 想跳去友達近期友達情況好嗎?

我之前是在Canon 不知不覺作1年半了可是最近想跳到中科的友達好處是不用輪班假又多我比較想放非假日我的疑問是: 1.是不是要自己直接過去面試? 還是投104等電話的? 因為有的公司可直接去公司面試但我白天比較沒空打 2.工作內容除了控制機台還有什麼呢? 貼膜嗎? 我有待過勝華不知道內容像不像我在勝華是貼膜管材料的不知道跟佳能比哪邊算比較好上手的可以大概詳細說明一下嗎? 另外聽說友達日班很多外勞? 3.還有男女生比例大概怎樣呢?? 不知道環境怎麼樣中科的環境應該不會太差吧?休息室會不會都沒位置之類的~~ 聽說是作滿三個月才能開始加班還有轉正職考試才有分紅資格?? 因為可能近期和同事就會一起跳想知道多一點的資訊再告訴他們~ 感謝~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.240.194.115 ※ 編輯: kkemma 來自: 123.240.194.115 (02/13 02:46)
