日前「裸照門」風波爆出第5名黃姓小模，遭網友影射疑似性愛影片外流，兩段約2分鐘的影片，包含口愛等尺度超大內容，遭網友比對影片內背景與身體刺青，引發網友熱烈討論，黃姓小模也立即關閉臉書粉絲專頁。黃姓小模於今天上午重開臉書，並發表聲明，承認自己確為影中人。

聲明稿中指出，「於101年1月和男友拍攝了兩段私密影片存於私人電腦中，影片在101年8月被貼在某論壇的成人a片區分享…」承認自己是影片中女子，電腦遭駭客入侵盜取影片並散布，當時已向警方報案，聲明稿附上報案三聯單，並強調自己非「小模」身分，也沒有主動參加百大美女選拔，影片外流對生活造成很大影響，期盼大家不要再散布影片。（突發中心／台北報導）
