被報「踩父墳」　王文洋告贏壹週刊

《壹週刊》2012年8月報導台塑集團創辦人王永慶二房長子王文洋「帶人在父親墳上踩來踩去」、「王文洋等一行人執意登上其等並無使用權的王永慶墓座上方恣意踐踏…」等，王文洋認為名譽受損，控告壹傳媒求償600萬元並要求登報道歉，一審判王文洋敗訴，但高院今逆轉改判壹傳媒須賠60萬元，並在《壹週刊》刊登道歉啟事。全案可上訴。
 
士林地院原本認定《壹週刊》已盡合理查證，並非惡意侵害王文洋名譽，去年判壹傳媒勝訴，無須賠償、道歉。高院今改判壹傳媒敗訴，但尚未說明判決理由。（丁牧群／台北報導）
