美上周房貸申請數下降

美國抵押貸款銀行家協會 MBA 周三(19日)公布的數據顯示，至 2 月 14 日止當周，由於貸款購屋及房屋抵押再融資申請數雙雙減少，使得季調後的房貸申請指數，下降 4.1%，來到 380.9 的水準。

而上周的 30 年期固定房貸利率平均為 4.50%，比前一周上升 5 個基點。

另外，MBA 季調後的房屋抵押再融資申請指數，下降 2.7%。而做為住宅銷售領先指標的購屋貸款申請指數，上周下降 6.3%，至 2011 年 9 月以來的最低水準。

就在昨天 (18日)，美國的全國住宅建商協會公布的報告才顯示，美國住宅建商 2 月份的信心指數出現下滑的現象，幅度之大，前所未見。

MBA 表示，今天公布的這份調查結果，其調查範圍涵蓋全美 75% 的住宅抵押貸款申請。
